3. The filling switch of the decoction machine is severely insufficient:

There is air in the filling pipe. Use scissors to cut open the bag opening under the packaging machine head, clean it with clean water, exhaust the air, and remove all foreign objects inside the filling pipe.

4. The packaging tape of the decoction machine is not tightly adhered:

① Adjust the heat sealing temperature of the upper roller to 100-110;

② The upper shaft compression tension can be adjusted appropriately by tightening the set screw and turning it 0.5 to 1 turn to the right (gradually adjusting);

③ Clean the debris on the upper pressing shaft (due to the high temperature, the packaging bag softens and adheres to the upper pressing shaft due to heat, which also causes uneven bonding pressure).

5. Poor cutting effect or continuous cutting:

Adjust the set screw at one end of the knife holder shaft appropriately, increase the pressure and turn it 0.3 to 0.5 turns to the right (gradually adjust)

6. The packaging bags of the decoction machine are glued and misaligned on the left and right sides:

① Clean the dirt on the upper roller shaft;

② Check whether the bag roll is correct and whether the left and right installation is balanced.
