一、Prepare before operation:

1、Check the shift record，whether there is a problem left over from the last class;

2、Check the blade and the fixed blade，repair in time.

3、Check spare parts

4、Check the bearing position, Drive sprocket and adjust the sliding parts and fill in the lubricating oil in time.

5、Adjusting the position of the moving blade and the fixed blade according to the requirement of the material cut, Tighten the locking bolts , The angle of the cutting edge of the blade should be controlled at 45 degree of the fixed blade and the movable blade 35.

6、Check device status flag before running, confirm the equipment and try to run normally. then production.

二、Open and shutdown machine：

1、Start the dust removal unit, then wind turbine operation.

2、Connect machine power supply, press the start button for try running, check the transmission parts are flexible, normal operation,

3、During the process of cutting, the material of the feeding chain should be sorted regularly to avoid the phenomenon of feeding and blocking. At the bottom of the material receiving opening in a clean container or pan. Transfer to the next working procedure on the car.  After the material is cut off.

4、After operation is completed, press button to stop machine, cut off the power supply.

三、Small type heabal cutting machine attention：

1、The cutter cover is not installed firmly,  forbid running machine;

2、The feed Caution! Warning signs shall not hand over;

3、Strictly prevent the material mixed metal or other debris, so as not to damage the moving, fixed blades and other parts;

4、Each position of the bearing, the driving chain wheel and the adjusting sliding parts should be added lubricating oil in time before the start of each shift;

5、Chain loose fitting adjustment;

6、All adjustments must be carried out in the stopping condition;

7、Feed chain cleaning at least once per shift, stop machine and clean if there is clamping or sticking;

8、If there is a sound in production process, should stop immediately and  find the reasons;

9、Clean the equipment after  off work,;  scrub oil to prevent rust if machine will stop for long time;

10、Cut off the power supply when cleaning equipment.
